Hosting / Domain Name
Hosting [$35/year]
There is a charge for running your e-mail and website on the system. This is a yearly reoccurring fee and it includes your primary e-mail and webspace.
Domain Name [ranges, usually between $10 to $20/year]
There is a charge for your domain name [www.companyname.com].

Custom Websites
We can design and setup a site based on your personal needs and add any desired customizations. For example, a shopping cart added for sales. Forms for users to fill out with the information automatically emailed to you.
We can add your users to the site to add and manage your content.
Requires consultation.

E-mail Accounts [starting at $10/email/year]
You can log in to webmail or use an app to access your e-mail account. You can have multiple accounts and setup forwards to personal accounts. Includes auto-responders and forwarding capabilities.
One e-mail account is included in the starter web services package, others can be purchased.
Additional e-mail accounts (that were initially setup as part of the starter web services package) are only $5/account/year.

Questions
What is the process?
You’ll fill out a form for us to gather your information and requirements. We put together a design plan for you and present it to you, where changes can be made. Once we get your approval on the plan/design, we will execute the plan per the design document.
When do I pay?
Once you approve the design document, we require payment to proceed. Why? We have to purchase the domain name, which is non-refundable, and we have already provided hours of work and we will be putting in more. Depending on the magnitude of the project, we may need a deposit or the design document may not be included without a charge (for complex custom projects).
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time without penalty. If you cancel, you reserve the right to your domain name if we purchased it on your behalf. We can continue to hold it (until the expiration date) for you or you can immediately transfer it to another registration/hosting company.
How does billing work?
We are a Canadian company and are capable of receiving e-transfers and processing payment cards via Square. We charge GST/HST to our Canadian clients, based on the client location. We have a US account for our Southern neighbours and we can make arrangements with PayPal if required for any others.
What if I do not renew?
If you do not renew, we will apply the cancellation policy. We will invoice you prior to your renewal time. Your domain is an extra cost to us, we will not renew your domain until you make payment.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Once services have been finalized, we provide an invoice via e-mail prior to commencing for approval. If change requests are made, there may be additional charges.
