All prices are in $CAD.
We charge GST/HST based on your location in Canada.
We do not charge GST/HST for those outside of Canada.

Invoicing
Let us know what you need and we’ll put together a custom invoice and plan for you.
Once the invoice has been paid, we will provide access to the requested data or we will start working on your request.
Payments
We accept payments via e-transfers and we can setup a personal link for any credit card payments.
Business Services
Special Note for all New Business Services
*We charge the $ amount as a deposit. Once your company has been setup, you will make the same payment from your company and your deposit will be returned. Why? You cannot write-off anything for your company, before you register your company. We are providing you with business services related to your company and we want to see you succeed, so we are arranging for you to expense our services (plus we teach you how to do it).
Starter New Business Package [$250]
Requirements gathering, business analysis consult, advice on properly setting up and maintaining the company (such as company type, shares, payroll, insurance, GST, banking, bookkeeping, etc), and advice on continued obligations (such as taxes, payroll, GST, annual returns, WCB, and other reporting). You will have a single point of contact with us, who will setup meetings (when you are ready) with a business advisor and a CRA tax advisor. You are responsible for the business registration costs, but we will help you with those forms for you to personally file at the Registry.
Starter New Business Package – Complete [$400]
Everything included in the Starter New Business Package, plus with us doing all the forms and documents with/for you.
Starter New Business Package – Comprehensive [$500]
Everything included in the Starter New Business Package – Complete, plus with us attending and documenting all the customized meetings for you.
Custom Business Advisory Services [starting at $50]
We provide custom consulting based on your personal needs. Contact us and we can determine how best we can assist you. An invoice will be provided based on needs.
Financial Services
Custom Excel Bookkeeping Software [starting at $150]
We will setup an application for you to do all of the bookkeeping, and more, for your company. We create forms for a user to fill out instead of having to work directly with the data. Adding custom functions and forms may incur additional costs. Your application will have everything ready for you to be able to do your own taxes or for an Accountant to it it for you.
Bookkeeping Services [starting at $25/month]
We will log and categorize all money in/out and document your receipts to be prepared for an audit and/or taxes. We charge based on the amount of time that it takes; taking into account that we do not charge for the custom software setup and use – that is included free of charge when using our services.
Yearly Bookkeeping Services [starting at $100]
Oops I left it all until the last minute bookkeeping services.
Payroll Services [starting at $25/month]
We help you manage your employees and get them paid. For example: we determine how much each employee is to be paid per CRA regulations and distribute it, we can prepare T4/T4a/T5 and ROEs, and we calculate how much EI and CPP the company owes.
Technology Services
Starter Web Services Package [$250]
We create your website for you. We setup your primary email and put together your website based on your preferences and requirements. Get your corporate domain [mycompany.com]. Get your E-mail address [me@mycompany.com]. Get your basic website [https://www.mycompany.com].
DIY Starter Web Services Package [$50]
You create your own website. We setup your primary email and the web space for you to customize. Get your corporate domain [mycompany.com]. Get your E-mail address [me@mycompany.com]. Get your basic website [https://www.mycompany.com].
Content Updates [starting at $5/item]
Add or change information on an item on your site (such as modify a page or add a post). Updating all the pages on a basic site (5 pages) is only $25. We can post daily for you.
Custom Websites [$ requires consult]
We can design and setup a site based on your personal needs and add any desired customizations. For example, a shopping cart added for sales, a booking system, integrations with other sites, add users to your site to add and/or manage your content, etc.
E-mail Accounts [$10/account/year]
You can log in to webmail or use an app to access your e-mail account directly from the server with the connection settings. You can have multiple accounts and setup forwards.
Domain Name [ranges, usually between $10 to $20/year]
There is a charge for your domain name [www.companyname.com]. This is a yearly reoccurring fee paid to a domain registrar. Domain should be owned by you, not us. This is your responsibility. We will walk you through getting it.
Existing Web Client Renewal [$35/year]
There is a charge for running your website on the system. This is a yearly reoccurring fee. We are able to provide discount services compared to our competitors by using a shared resources approach (less than half the cost of the cheapest Go Daddy Plan). This includes the yearly hosting for your website and primary e-mail. Additional e-mail accounts (that were initially setup) are only $5/account/year.
Custom Software Development [$ requires consult]
Let our solutions architect analyze your request to provide possible design solutions. Once a solution has been selected, we will design and implement it for you. We can integrate with external solutions and develop custom solutions. We can provide multiple solutions and allow you to select your preference. Staff have extensive experience designing, developing, and integrating software for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
