Requirements gathering, business analysis consult, advice on properly setting up and maintaining the company (such as company type, shares, payroll, insurance, GST, banking, bookkeeping, etc), and advice on continued obligations (such as taxes, payroll, GST, annual returns, WCB and other reporting). You will have a single point of contact with us, who will setup meetings (when you are ready) with a business advisor and a CRA tax advisor. You are responsible for the business registration costs, but we will help you with those forms for you to personally file at the Registry.

We involve a business analyst to give you the best advice.
From this information, we will put together a business plan.
Business Registration
Based on your requirements, we get your business registered.
You cannot write-off anything for your business, until you create it.
Services
Once your business has been registered, we can setup all required services.
Services may include banking, GST, payroll, loans, insurance, bookkeeping, web, etc.
Tax Compliance
You will be provided with an overview of all of your CRA requirements and how to do everything yourself.
Add-Ons
Custom Business Advisory Services [starting at $50]
We provide custom consulting based on your personal needs. Contact us and we can determine how best we can assist you. An invoice will be provided based on needs.

Questions
What is the process?
You’ll fill out a questionnaire for us to gather your information and requirements. If anything is not clear or you have any questions, the Business Analyst will provide additional recommendations. Once your company is registered, we help setup everything required for your business to run successfully.
When do I pay?
You pay a deposit up front from your personal account. Once your company is registered and you have a corporate bank account, you will make payment from your corporate account and we will refund your personal deposit. Why? So our services are eligible to be expensed.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time. A refund of 50% is available if the evaluation process with a business analyst has not yet occurred.
How does billing work?
We are a Canadian company and are capable of receiving e-transfers and processing payment cards via Square. We charge GST/HST to our Canadian clients, based on the client location. We have a US account for our Southern neighbours and we can make arrangements with PayPal if required.
Is my Business Idea safe?

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Once services have been finalized, we provide an invoice via e-mail prior to commencing for approval. If you would like another copy, please contact us.
