We will setup a custom application for you to do all of the bookkeeping yourself and do more for your company. We create forms for a user to fill out instead of having to work directly with the data. Adding custom functions and forms may increase the costs. This will have everything ready for you to be able to do your own taxes or for an Accountant to it it for you.

Bookkeeping Services
We will log all money IN and OUT, plus document your receipts to be prepared for an audit/taxes. We charge based on the amount of time that it takes; taking into account that we do not charge for the custom software setup and use – that is included free of charge.

Payroll Services
We will help you to get your employees legally setup and to ensure they are paid per your agreement.
We can prepare any required documents (such as T4, T4a, T5, ROE, etc) and determine EI and CPP owed.

Questions
What is the process for custom software?
You’ll let us know which services that you require, plus any additional functionality, and we’ll tailor an excel based application for you.
It can manage contacts, purchases, sales, services, mileage, expenses, payroll, capital assets, etc.
What is the process for bookkeeping?
You provide us with all of your receipts, income and any other required information, then we will document it all for you.
We will let you know what we need and how we need it. For example, do you need to track all vehicle expenses or can you get away with only mileage?
What is your cancellation policy?
If you purchased the software, it is yours to keep and use.
If you would like to cancel bookkeeping services, we will provide you with an up to date excel spreadsheet with all of the entries up until cancellation.
How does billing work?
We are a Canadian company and are capable of receiving e-transfers and processing payment cards via Square. We charge GST/HST to our Canadian clients, based on the client location. We have a US account for our Southern neighbours and we can also make alternative arrangements.
Can I get additions or changes made to the software?
You sure can. We can update and tweak your purchased software yearly starting at $50. We can add any additional data/functions that you desire. Some additions might be as simple as a few lines of code. Please contact us for any custom additions or changes.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Once services have been finalized, we provide an invoice via e-mail, prior to commencing work, for your approval. If you would like another copy and you are not able to find it in your e-mail, please contact us and we’ll send you a copy.
