Get your corporate domain [mycompany.com]. Get your E-mail address [me@mycompany.com]. Get your basic website that we create for you [https://www.mycompany.com].
Domain, e-mail, and basic website for $250 CAD. $35/year for hosting and domain services, after first year. Our Services are a tax expense and we provide you with an invoice for your tax records. Changes can be made for as little as $5/page. We do not use you for free advertising: we won’t put a copyright link with our information on your site. It’s YOUR site and it should look professional.

You will fill out a form to define your branding and, for us, to gather your requirements.
You will give us your content and images that you want on your site.
We will provide you with design options to select from and customize.
We will put together a version of your site based on the design document.
You will be able to provide feedback and implement a second version of changes prior to going live.

Content
Visual content is very important on sites. It’s best to use your own personal content. If you do not have the media that you would like to use, we can create it for you, please contact us for a quote. Alternatively, we can purchase stock images to use.
You will be asked to provide content (in a word document or any other media, such as images and videos).
You will be able to upload/link to your images and videos.
We will do an initial design with the content added, based on your requirements. Then you will be given the opportunity to have any design/content changes made.

Questions
What is the process?
You’ll fill out a form for us to gather your information and requirements. We put together a design plan for you and present it to you, where changes can be made. Once we get your approval on the plan/design, we will execute the plan per the design document.
When do I pay?
Once you approve the design document, we require payment to proceed. Why? We have to purchase the domain name, which is non-refundable, and we have already provided hours of work and we will be putting in more.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time without penalty. If you cancel, you reserve the right to your domain name if we purchased it on your behalf. We can continue to hold it (until the expiration date) for you or you can immediately transfer it to another hosting company.
How does billing work?
We are a Canadian company and are capable of receiving e-transfers and payment cards via Square. We charge GST/HST to our Canadian clients, based on the client location.
What if I do not renew?
If you do not renew, we will apply the cancellation policy. We will invoice you prior to your renewal time. Your domain is an extra cost to us, we will not renew your domain until you make payment.
Ideally, you will register the domain personally: that way you retain ownership in the event that you are no longer able or wanting to do business with us. If you leave the domain with us and there is no payment, we will allow it to expire.
